Cancellation Policy
At Golden House, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team via email at help@goldenhouse.in or WhatsApp us with your order details.

Upon successful cancellation (if applicable), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation by Golden House
Golden House reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:

Product out of stock or discontinued.

Payment not successfully processed.

Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.

Suspected fraudulent transaction.
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
3. Prepaid & COD Orders

Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you wish to cancel, please inform us before your order is shipped. Once shipped, COD orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Post-Shipment Cancellation
Once your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may choose to refuse delivery. After the product returns to our warehouse, a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be processed within 7 working days.
